| JOB DUTIES: Vehicle operator of one of the Department of Public Safety's shuttle vehicles for the safe transportation of passengers During times when the shuttle is not in service, will be assigned duties related to traffic operations on campus REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent Louisiana Chauffeur's license Must possess and maintain a current valid drivers' license and/or special driving certification as required Must possess and maintain a good driving record within the past 5 years Must be capable of sitting in one location for long periods of time Must be twenty one years of age or older FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY: NO SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: NO IS THIS POSITION AT RISK OF EXPOSURE TO BLOOD-BORNE PATHOGENS? NO IS THIS POSITION AT RISK FOR EXPOSURE TO TUBERCULOSIS? YES IS THIS POSITION CONSIDERED AN ESSENTIAL POSITION FOR PURPOSES OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS? This employee is designated as "essential staff" and as such may be required to be on duty and available during all emergency situations as directed by their supervisor, manage, director and/or higher authority.
